Micah + Wally - Wedding

It was a day filled with big smiles and squeaky excitement. Well, maybe the guys weren't so much squeaky, but they were excited, nonetheless.

It really has been a special journey with Micah and Wally, because throughout their engagement, Micah and I would meet every couple weeks and talk about marriage, wifey stuff and life in general as we read through a book together. Our coffee dates were always an encouragement, and I loved getting to be a part of their relationship leading up to marriage.

So, needless to say, the wedding day was so special! To see how their love for each other has grown and matured and it's all because that love is rooted in the Gospel. It's a beautiful thing. And I'm totally encouraged by it.

Micah Dunn - Bridal

After every bridal session I shoot, I come home and sulk because I know I wont be able to share those images with you, blogfolk, until a couple months later. It's tragic - it really is.

But now that I can say Micah DUNN, that means I get to finally share! It's a happy day.

Kendra + Tanner - Wedding

It rained on me the whole way to Odessa Friday afternoon. It rained through the rehearsal. It rained throughout the entire night. Then, as I was driving to the hair salon Saturday morning, I thought I saw the sun trying to peek out. YES!!!

Of course it turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day.

The day unfolded perfectly and I loved every minute of getting to share in everyone's happiness and excitement.

Erin Swann

I love when people get married. Mainly so I can post bridals :) I kid I kid, but really it's pretty exciting!

You might remember these two from a shoot earlier this year. They got married a couple weeks ago, and Cristy Cross rocked out their wedding - you should check out her amazing work!

Anyhow, Erin was a beautiful bride and we had lots o laughs with her sister and mom. Enjoy the favs!

Stefanie Morris

Since Stefanie Seefeld is now Stefanie Morris, I can finally show some of her bridal photos! Such a beautiful bride.

Ella

I love getting to know families through photography. Our friends, Tara and Brad, brought me out to shoot a surprise birthday party for the aunt, where I met a ton of their family. Then I met more family through their wedding, and now I'm taking pictures of Tara's second cousin. I love it.

Anyhow, Ella was hammin' it up when I got to their home, and the second I took out my camera, she was reaching for "Baaa" (her little stuffed lamb, who is apparently her comfort!) SO precious though! We had a good time and helped her through her camera shyness :)

Stefanie + Kris - Wedding

Everything was just perfect. Stef and her mom have worked SO hard to make sure every detail was in place, and boy, they sure pulled it off!

It has been so wonderful growing closer to Stef and Kris throughout their whole wedding journey, and I've loved being the one to capture their relationship.

Stefanie + Kris - Rehearsal

Stefanie and Kris are getting married tomorrow at the Frazier Alumni Pavilion, and just by judging how tonight went, it's easy to see that it'll be a fun-filled, exciting day tomorrow! So many hugs and laughs and those little "eeeee!" noises people make when they get excited :)

Sawyer, Ben, Avery and Ella

These four are the best of friends. Sawyer and Ben are twins who just celebrated their first birthday, and Ella, their slightly older friend, completes their dangerously cute trio. Then we have Avery, the awesome older sister to the twins, who introduces the little ones to fun things like Dora the Explorer. Their moms, Allison and Kristin, have a sweet blog you should totally check out.

Anyhow, Kristin had a super fun birthday party for the twins, and Allison thought having a secret photo session would be a fun way to surprise her. So she put together a little photo album of some of the pictures we took, and I hear her reaction was pretty great :)

Erica is most definitely glowing. And both her and her hubby are so excited to welcome their little man into this world!
