the better things in life

So what if life is a little bit busy, right? Through all the chaos, I've really seen the good in each situation. And man, there is A LOT of good.

It's okay that I have three bags sitting on the floor of our room that I STILL need to unpack. Those trips were all definitely worthwhile and I'm sure the bag I'm packing right now for Dublin will join them soon.

It's okay that our AC is busted, because we have had a slumber party the last two nights at a friends' house. It doesn't just end there. I'm just SO grateful that we have such wonderful friends that let us come invade their lives :) AND we have another friend who works with an AC company. So that's pretty awesome.

Life is just good. I went with some friends to the Free to Succeed workshop in Dallas last week. Good gosh, if you can somehow sign up for that baby, DO IT!! It was so worthwhile and it really gave me some insight to this business of mine. And then I flew up to Oklahoma to visit my parents. Yes, they live in Oklahoma - don't judge me. My mom had jaw surgery, so my sister and I went to give her some TLC. And now I'm about to cruise on down to Dublin, Texas (did you think I was going to type Ireland?? that would be cool) for Dane and Shari's wedding. So be looking for a little sneak peek in a couple days!

And not that our niece and nephew have anything to do with Dublin, but I just wanted to post some photos from our day with Morgan and Athan. They are DEFINITELY some of the better things in life :)
